The company was founded by Matt Pooley who is a property entrepreneur operating multi-investment strategies. Matt began investing in property in 2011 whilst running a successful event management and marketing company. He has financed and refurbished a broad range of property types and now owns a mixed portfolio of investment properties. In 2015 he switched his attention and his main focus is on property investment, development and financing.
Matt has received extensive property education and is mentored by some of the UK’s leading property experts. Matt regularly meets with a large group of investors and attends various property and entrepreneurial networking events around the country. In 2015 Matt launched Lets Cornwall which corporate lets and relocation, HMO management, serviced accommodation and holiday let management. The company now works with a number of joint venture partners and is committed to helping other investors generating high returns through property. Matt believes you can achieve more by working with other people rather than on your own.
